1. Order Cancellation Process

We understand that circumstances may change. For orders placed through our Hiwin Digital platform or integrated channels, we follow a streamlined cancellation workflow to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Terms of Cancellation

  • Standard Window: Requests must be made within 2 to 12 hours of placement, before processing starts.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order is marked as 'Shipped' and a tracking ID is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Amazon SP-API: Cancellations for synced orders are subject to master marketplace rules.

3. Refunds & Credits

For successfully cancelled orders, Hiwin Digital will initiate a full refund to the original payment method or wallet.

Note: Refunds typically reflect in 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
